Continuing Education Information

Fill out the CE Declaration at the end of the conference once you have attended all your sessions. You cannot change your live hours after it has been submitted. Please declare your CE hours by Nov. 7, 2025.

You will receive an email by Friday, Nov. 28, 2025 with your certificates. 

The on-demand CE Declaration Form will be available beginning Oct. 27.

MAGI@home 2025 offers continuing education to meet the needs of physicians, nurses, attorneys, advanced practitioners, and compliance professionals.

OVERVIEW      

  • The processing of your CE hours earned by attending MAGI@home is included in your registration fee for our event.
  • You will need to fill out the CE Declaration survey at the end of the event. When applicable, WCG will submit your information to the appropriate accreditation body and provide you with a certificate for your CE requirements.
  • CE is available for the live event and for self-study for those who wish to claim hours by viewing the recordings from MAGI@home on demand.   
  • WCG retains the history of contact hours earned through our educational programs.

LEARNING OUTCOMES
Following this activity, learners will report that they are better prepared to conduct clinical research according to current best practices in the following areas: recruiting patients for clinical studies, complying with regulatory requirements, maintaining high quality, and minimizing and managing risk effectively. In a post-activity evaluation, learners will share their intentions to apply the knowledge gathered during the conference to their work setting and specific job function as it pertains to clinical trial management.

The California Board of Registered Nursing (CBRN) has accredited WCG MAGI to provide continuing nursing education, provider # CEP16387. Certification of contact hours confers recognition of continuing nursing education only and does not imply CBRN endorsement of any commercial product.

CCB® - Compliance Certification Board 

The Compliance Certification Board (CCB)® has approved this event for up to 24.0 Live CCB CEUs & 24.0 Non-Live CEUs, based on a 50-minute hour, each. Continuing Education Units are awarded based on individual attendance records. Granting of prior approval in no way constitutes endorsement by CCB of this event content or of the event sponsor.

CIP - Certified IRB Professional 
Conference participants who hold the CIP® credential who wish to apply the 2.00 credits from this program towards their CIP recertification credit hours. Credential holders should retain their certificate of attendance, including a list of eligible sessions attended, and include it as part of their CIP recertification by continuing education applications. Learn more.

ACRP (multiple designations)
Individuals can manually self-report activities outside of ACRP using the guidelines and criteria listed in Maintaining Your ACRP Certification Through Continuing Education. SOCRA (Certification of Clinical Research Professionals - CCRP)
Learners who wish to apply for credits to use for their CCRP recertification with SOCRA should request a certificate of attendance through the MAGI CE Declaration Form to submit with a list of sessions attended for consideration with SOCRA.
